Shipping policy

 All orders are created after order submission. Due to the time needed to complete the custom designs, please allow up to 7 to 10 business days for order processing.  Orders may take up to two additional weeks to arrive once order processing is complete. 

Order confirmations are emailed after purchases are completed. Upon completion of order processing & shipping, the tracking information will be sent to the email you provide during check-out. Please ensure it is accurate.

PLEASE NOTE: Items may take longer due to holidays, bad weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. **Also, Catrena's Crafty Creations LLC is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, damaged, or stolen items.** However, please remember your items may be tracked using the tracking information we sent to the email you provided at check-out or account creation.
